At Shop Wander and Glow, each item is made with care - many of our pieces are custom, personalized, or created for special occasions. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

We encourage you to review all product details, sizes, and customization info before placing your order. If you have any questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to help!

What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@shopwanderandglow.com. Be sure to include:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A brief description
   

We’ll review and do our best to make it right. Whether that’s a replacement or a store credit, depending on the situation. Thank you for supporting our small business and understanding our no-return policy.
